SOME THINGS EVERY WOMAN NEEDS TO KNOW

Women are beautiful, amazing and talented people who sometimes spend so much time thinking about the other people in their lives that they forget how absolutely deserving and fabulous they are.

If it should ever happen that you get so caught up worrying about others that you suddenly realize you've had the same weave on for much too long, or that everyone but you has airtime on their smart phones; here's a few things for you to remember....

1. Believe in yourself...trust in your instincts and listen to your gut.

2. You're incredibly beautiful, intelligent and capable.

3. You work hard and deserve more recognition than you get.

4. The world relies on people like you.

5. Treat yourself with kindness. 

 

6. You are soooooooo important in the lives of soooooooo many people.

7. You're the best and most important friend you'll ever have.

8. You matter - don't put yourself down: compliment yourself.

9. You are beautiful when you smile.

10. You are beautiful when you laugh.
11. You are beautiful when you stand up straight.
12. You are beautiful when you speak and act from the heart.

13. You are never alone.

14. Friends can always make any situation better. 

15. You can always ask for help.

16. What goes around comes around. Including all the good you've done for others over the years.

17. Hold on to your old friends. They know you best. 

18. Today is yours.

19. Nobody's life is without challenges, take second chances when they come.

20. You can do anything you set your mind to.

21. Take a break when you need one. The world won't stop spinning if you break down. 

22. Rushing around gets you nowhere fast.

23. Preserving your sanity is more important than meeting up with a deadline.

24. Have fun every chance you get!

25. Be extravagant once in a while - you've earned it.

It’s sometimes so easy to get carried away with how much there is left to do, when that happens go through this again and remind yourself, ‘I’m beautiful, fabulous and intelligent!’ (And then you can add this in undertones to yourself only, ‘I cannot come and go and kill myself’)
